We offer Free Shipping on orders over $59. (Worldwide)

SIPPING TIME

Total time=Order processing + Shipping time

  • Order processing: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping time (US): 12-15 business days.
  • Overseas shipping (such as Australia, Canada, and other countries over than the US): 16-18 business days.

How do I track my package?

You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email (Remember to check your junk mailbox). Also, you can click “Track my Order” link on our website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Where you ship goods from?

Normally we ship the goods from China. Meanwhile, we have also warehouse in California. It depends on the situation of the warehouse.

Refused Delivery

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

Payment & Ordering

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation to the email address you entered with the rest of your details. If for some reason you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam / junk emails or double check you entered your email address properly. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact Cherrykittten Support.

What payment terms you can accept? 

We can accept PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.

Is my information is securing using this site?

Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Return & Exchange

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

If your order has a problem, contact us by email through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

Solution: We replace it!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you receive your product from us with these issues, please hold the product and all Packaging. With your cooperation and photo documentation of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

 

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of the order date.
  • In original condition: resell-able.
  • Unused or undamaged.
  • In the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notice: Delivery fees are non-refundable

 

Start A Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • bras, bikinis, swimwear, underwear, panties
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

  • The buyer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
